PayNGo is a remittance facilitation platform that enables users to submit and track money transfer requests from Malaysia to Pakistan. PayNGo is not a bank, licensed remittance company, or financial institution. All transaction requests are reviewed and processed manually after verification.

Use of PayNGo Services

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You must complete the required identity verification process before using transfer services
• All information you provide during registration and transactions must be accurate and current
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not share your account access with unauthorized persons

Transaction Responsibilities

When using PayNGo for money transfers:

• You are responsible for verifying recipient details before confirming a transfer
• Exchange rates displayed are indicative and may vary at the time of transaction confirmation
• Transfer delivery times are estimates and may vary based on recipient bank processing times
• You must ensure you have sufficient funds to complete the requested transfer
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information for each transaction

Prohibited Activities

You must not use PayNGo services to:

• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activities
• Send money to sanctioned individuals, entities, or countries
• Circumvent transaction limits or regulatory requirements
• Provide false or misleading information during verification or transactions
• Use another person's identity or documents for account creation

Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of any planned downtime.
